There are various benefits to herbal baths including: relief of stress, moisturizing of the skin & calming of the mind, body + spirit. Herbal baths also help in cleansing the aura and clearing your energy field of unwanted and heavy energies from the day/week.
Baths have a way of forcing you to slow down and take a breath. They allow you to immerse yourself into a peaceful and aromatic session with yourself, free of external stressors and obligations. They're also great places of meditation to aid you right before you go to sleep or as you wake upon rising. There are various herbs, oil and ingredients that you can add to these baths to enhance your experience to + customize your bath according to your needs. So take a look at the list below, draw some water, light some candles, grab book or play some music + add some goodness to your bath - spoil yourself.

How To Use: Salts + Herbs+ Essential Oils can be infused together into tea bags and then dropped into the water (you can also use them during your showers too!) I personally like to buy the herbs separate or buy pre-made bath bags and sprinkle the herbs and salts into my bath water. Make sure to get as much of the herbs out before draining as the debris may clog your drain.
Baths are a part of my weekly ritual and are something I hope you too incorporate or soon will incorporate into your weekly self-care ritual. Make sure to experiment and find the right combinations that work best for you. You come first so make sure to cleanse that body + those auric energy fields. Enjoy your bath!
